That's a different question.
You're asking in a group consisting of those people who build special configurations of the Windows CE operating system for specific devices, so you got a technical answer. Each device has a different version of the operating system in it, mixing
and matching the various capabilities available. When we say that Windows CE *has* something, we mean that for a guy building his own version of the system, he can add it. There's nothing that we can say about what every Windows CE *device*
has; they're all different.
I've not seen an installable version of a flash player for Windows CE. Hardware builders, the people who frequent this group, can license it from Adobe and build it into the operating system for their devices (paying a fee for each unit sold).
As you can imagine, that limits the number of devices that have Flash players built into them.
You can see if the Pocket PC version of the Flash player at Adobe will install on your device, but it would not surprise me to find that it will not (it's specific to a particular processor type on the device and certain components in the operating system
on the device):
If that doesn't just work for you, I think your only real recourse will be to contact the company that made this netbook and tell them what you want. They are in the best position to know whether your request is reasonable or not. If not, you
could return the device and get something based on one of the desktop Windows operating systems, Windows XP or Windows 7. Those operating systems are much more accomodating for installing software after purchase.
